08:50 AMMEETING WITH HOST OF TV PROGRAM DOSSIER
The students of the Journalism Program met Paata Kurdadze, a writer, a documentarian, an author and a host of the Georgian Public Broadcaster's (First Channel) Program “Dossier” at the Multimedia Center of Caucasus International University on November 20.
During the meeting, the guest reviewed the important events of his career biography, the nuances of creating documentary films and the history of the establishment and development of the program Dossier. He answered the audience’s questions in the second part of the meeting.
Administrative and academic staff of the Faculty of Social Sciences attended the event together with the students.

International Scientific Conference: “Agroecological and Climate-Smart Reporting and Communication”
Caucasus International University (CIU) in partnership with the Journalism Resource Center (JRC) hosted an international scientific conference “Agroecological and Climate-Smart Reporting and Communication” on December 10–11. The event was held with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. The conference represents the first academic and analytical platform in the South Caucasus dedicated to climate-smart journalism, agro-communication and strengthening of cooperation between regional media-universities.

A screening of the film “Anna’s Life” by film director Nino Basilia was held at Caucasus International University on November 30.

PRESIDENT OF THE GLOBAL WINE TOURISM ORGANIZATION VISITED CIU
The President of the Global Wine Tourism Organization visited Caucasus International University on October 5. José Antonio Vidal, a member of the Global Union of Wine Tourism, met with the leadership of CIU and discussed the main aspects of future cooperation with them.
